The eligible employers for law enforcement nominations must be members of the Alberta Association of Chiefs of Police. The roles eligible for nomination encompass commissioned and non-commissioned police officers, police investigators, and other specialized law enforcement positions. Applicants must possess a job offer from a member of the Alberta Association of Chiefs of Police and satisfy all other Express Entry requirements. The government remains committed to ensuring the safety of Albertans by backing the international recruitment of police officers by Alberta police services.
