In round #318, IRCC issued 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to francophone candidates. The cut-off score of this draw was 444 points, two points fewer than the previous draw for this category, held on September 13, 2024. The tie-breaking rule for this round was September 27, 2024, at 18:56:32 UTC. As of October 9, 2024, 209,317 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. Canada issued 87,987 ITAs through the Express Entry draws this year, including 21,400 French language proficiency candidates.
