On October 22, 2024, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the smallest Express Entry draw to date for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates and issued 400 Invitations to Apply (ITA). In round #320, the cut-off score was 539 points, the same as in the previous draw for CEC candidates, held on October 9, 2024. The tie-breaking rule for this round was October 19, 2024, at 21:53:18 UTC. As of October 22, 2024, 211,780 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. In 2024, Canada has already issued 89,035 invitations through 42 Express Entry draws.
